- ➤ SANDAG refinanced $376.31 million in sales tax revenue bonds in a deal that will save the region nearly $61.6 million through 2048. Investors bought the Series 2026A Bonds at a 3.34% rate, boosting funds for future transportation projects. The Vista Press
