- ➤ On Sunday morning, a fire destroyed the home of Gary Lane on Campo Road near Lucky Six Truck Trail in Dulzura when he tried to save his wife, his disabled son, and their five dogs, with firefighters arriving at 7 a.m. and containing the blaze in an hour while three family members were treated at UCSD Medical Center and two dogs died.
