- ➤ The San Diego County Fair opens June 10 and runs until July 5 offering new food options like Chicken Charlie’s ube funnel cake & Corn Star’s Sweet Mac and Heat Potato under this year’s theme Once Upon a Fair with $5 admission until 5 p.m. NBC San Diego
- ➤ The Escondido Art Association is preparing its annual Midsummer Night’s Magic gala at Hidden Chateau (209 East Fourth Ave) on Saturday, June 13 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Attendees will enjoy live music by the Basset Brothers, local cuisine, and a silent art auction that funds community art programs. - ➤ Escondido Creek Conservancy has offered the free Wellness in the Watershed series for seniors since May 23 and it will run until Oct, with sessions teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork at Mountain Meadow Preserve (featuring special classes on June 27, Sept 26, and Oct 24).
