CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Escondido police arrested Kandilaria Freeman on August 16th for the murder of an adult man who was found bleeding at the Transit Center at 700 W Valley Pkwy—officers responded quickly, provided first aid, and fire paramedics transported the victim to Palomar Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, and Freeman, a 33-year-old San Diego resident, was booked on murder charges and placed on a no bail hold for a probation violation.
