- ➤ Two men, including foster son Cedric Van Ferdinand (also known as Charles Brown) and notary Raymond Joseph Alto, are facing seventeen felony counts of fraud, forgery, and grand theft linked to the late foster mother Nadine Jett after her daughters found forged documents on her property and a preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 5 at the San Diego Superior Court.
