ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Firefighters responded to a brush fire Monday morning near the 2200 block of San Pasqual Valley Road in Escondido that charred 2 to 3 acres. Crews controlled the slow-spreading Flora Fire while protecting multiple structures and by 11 a.m. the flames were largely contained. NBC San Diego
- ➤ A 10-acre brush fire broke out north of Interstate 8 near Los Coches Road on Monday afternoon and forced evacuations in Lakeside while structures were threatened—an evacuation point was set at Viejas Casino in Alpine. NBC San Diego
