- ➤ A preliminary hearing was held at San Diego Superior Court on September 5 and September 9 for defendants Cedric Von Ferdinand and Raymond Alto, who pleaded not guilty to 41 felony counts including fraud, identity theft, and grand theft related to the alleged exploitation of Nadine Jett’s estate — prosecutors presented evidence of forged documents and unauthorized transfers that resulted in alleged losses exceeding $500,000.
