  • ➤ Construction crews are making progress on the Escondido Creek Trail as they repair cracks, perform seal coating, and install cable railings and new walkways over the next two weeks—trail users will encounter temporary and eight-hour closures with a possible 24-hour closure on the north trail. Flaggers will guide users during these disruptions while crews complete improvements such as installing steel fence posts and trenching for electrical systems.  City of Escondido
